Registration for New and Returning Students
Data confirmation is now open at parent.ousd.org. Please head there and complete the information as soon as possible!
The first day of school is Monday, August 11, 2025! One of the most important Back to School tasks is to complete “Data Confirmation,” which is also known as “registration.”
All OUSD families must complete their student Data Confirmation online. This is true whether your child is entering a new school, or continuing on at a school they have attended for years. If you have more than one OUSD student in your family, you will need to complete Data Confirmation for each one.
The data confirmation website, http://parent.ousd.org is an Aeries site that can be translated into multiple languages by clicking on your home language. (You can see the button for language selection in the upper right corner of the gray box.)
If this is your first time completing this task, please do not create a new account, as this will confuse the system and delay completion. Accounts are created automatically for all families, and no family will need a verification code. Instead, select “forgot password” and follow those steps to access your account. You can find detailed explanations of how to complete data confirmation in English, Spanish, and Chinese attached to the bottom of last week's message linked here.
Please note: New OUSD families can upload their immunization documents directly into Enrollwise and/or provide copies directly to the school’s clerical staff beginning the last week of July. The form listing any and all medical conditions your student has will be sent via ParentSquare by OUSD Health Services in the coming weeks.
