Prospective parents and community members are invited to attend an old-fashioned Spring Carnival held in the school yard, featuring booths, games, prizes, food, entertainment and fun.
The Carnival is scheduled for Saturday May 12, 2012 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
How You Can Participate:
Sweets for the Cakewalk: Share your favorite sweets – homemade or store bought
Help Staff a Booth: Sign up for a one-hour shift in your class booth. Volunteer to help in the ticket booth, prize booth, or food booth.
Food: Dads club BBQ.
Face Painters: Do we have any volunteer artists, who enjoy working on small but adorable canvasses?
Recycled Toys: None needed this year. Wow, we have tons already and the new school year has just started!
Entertainment: Sign up for the talent show. Do you have a special talent or skill to entertain us? We’d like to see on stage all of Thornhill’s singers, dancers, acrobats, comics, dramatic performers, etc.
